Walla Walla Sweet Onions - ~1lb - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - These onions are favored for their consistently sweet and mild flavor when raw, and due to their high sugar and water content, they take on a deep, sweet, and warm flavor when cooked.

Red Leaf Lettuce - 1 head - Westwind Organics, Mount Vernon, WA - Red Leaf lettuce has a crisp texture, with earthy, mildly sweet or semi-bitter flavor and subtle notes of hazelnut. A lovely colored and flavored salad addition!
