Mini Green Cabbage - 1 count - WSU Organic Farm Pullman, WA - Crunchy cabbage for slaws, roasts, and sautees. Green cabbage has a mild and gentle flavor relative to its red counterpart.

Romaine Lettuce - 1 count - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Romaine lettuce has a delightfully crisp texture which makes for a refreshing salad. Its sturdiness allows for romaine to be roasted, grilled, used in stir-fry, or used as a gluten free option for wraps!

Summer Squash - ~1 lb - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - A favorite of summer! This mix includes green zucchini, yellow zucchini, zephyr squash (green+ yellow) and patty pan (squat little guys). Try Chickpeas with Patty Pan and Herby Dressing and this Summer Squash and Chickpea Salad.

Orange Carrots - ~1 lb - Ralph’s Greenhouse, Mount Vernon, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

Mediterranean Cucumbers - ~ 1 lb - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - These small and mild cucumbers have a thin skin which makes them a great option for snacking, sandwiches, or salads. Mediterranean cucumbers are on the crisper and less watery side of the cucumber spectrum! They’re an early variety in the spring, making one of the first cucumbers to enjoy.

Rainbow Tomatoes - ~1 1/3 lbs - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - The queen of summertime! A beautiful mix of slicing tomatoes in red, purple, orange, yellow, white, green and pink.

Fresh Walla Walla Sweet Onions - ~ 1 bu - Four Elements Farm, Puyallup, WA - Use both the bulb and greens of these fresh onions that haven’t been dried or cured. Fresh onions have a a sweeter and milder flavor than storage onions, making them a great candidate for salads or grilling.

ARTISAN CHEESE | marinated labneh - brush creek creamery, deary, id - To create this award-winning Mediterranean soft cheese, we make yogurt with pasteurized cows milk and drain it through cheesecloth until it is thick, . We then spice it with fresh garlic, parsley and salt. We shape it in balls and drop it in olive oil with peppercorns, fresh herbs and dried red pepper for garnish.
