Fresh Walla Walla Sweet Onions - ~ 1 bu - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA and Cabrera Farms, Burlington, WA - Use both the bulb and greens of these fresh onions that haven’t been dried or cured. Fresh onions have a a sweeter and milder flavor than storage onions, making them a great candidate for salads or grilling.
Nectarines - ~ 1 lb - Tonnemaker Hill Farm, Royal City, WA - Enjoy this summer stone fruit with a SUPER short peak season! Nectarines are actually a smooth-skinned variety of peach with an extra sweet zing!
Greens Bunches - 1 bunch - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Farmer’s choice of arugula, totsoi, bok choy, mustards, or spinach!

These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.
