Microgreens - 1 count - Well Grown Farms, Spangle, WA - Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!

Watermelon or Black Radish - ~ 1 lb - Westwind Organics, Carnation, WA - We love that these heirloom watermelon radishes bring so much color to cold days. The lower soil temperatures of fall and winter often soften their peppery spice and bring out an otherwise hidden sweetness. For a fresh and bright radish salad, try using a carrot peeler to make thin radish slices. Add a touch of apple cider vinegar, marinated feta from Brush Creek Creamery, walnuts, and a pinch of salt. Black Radishes - You'll be struck by the contrast between the matte black peel and the creamy white flesh of these Spanish black radishes! Black radishes have a spicy kick.

Sunchokes - ~ 3/4 lb - Pure Nelida Farm, Mount Vernon, WA - Sunchokes are similar in flavor to potatoes but have a lower glycemic index! Cook them well to avoid any digestive issues. Try this quick and easy Crispy Roasted Sunchokes Recipe.

Leeks - ~ 1 lb - Ralph’s Greenhouse, Mount Vernon, WA - Leeks are great in quiche, pasta sauce, or as an onion substitute in any recipe. You can caramelize them as a side, add to potato leek soup, or include in stir fry. Try our Red Lentil Soup with Crispy Leeks LINC Box Recipe!

Yellow Onions - ~ 1 lb - Anderson Organics, Othello, WA - Our multifaceted and indispensable friend in the kitchen. Keep these onions stocked in the pantry for all-around use. Yellow onions have the quintessential strong and pungent onion flavor that’s ready to be chopped, sliced, minced, or diced.

Lacinato Kale Raab - ~ 1 count - Cabrera Farms, Mount Vernon, WA - Lacinato kale has a slightly rougher texture than other kale and the tender raab flowering shoots bring color and texture to a variety of delicious dishes! Kale Raab are prerepared similarly to asparagus or broccoli, to maintain its sweet and slightly bitter taste.

Carrots - ~ 1 lb - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.
