Blush Onions - ~ 1 1/4 lb - Full Bushel, Medical Lake, WA - A cross between yellow and red onions, these are large, globe-shaped onions with a beautiful, rosy-pink champagne hue. It’s the perfect versatile cooking onion- serve raw using its spice to dress up any salad, or carmelize over low heat to bring out its sweetness.

Parsnips - ~ 1 lb - Ronnigers Organics, Moyie Springs, ID - This nutty root with a carrot-like shape and texture adds a sweetness and nuttiness to veggie roasts. Introduce the flavorful parsnip into your repertoire as parsnip fries with rosemary and parmesan!

Yellow Potatoes - ~ 1 3/4 lb - Channing Farm, Twisp, WA - Yellow potatoes have smooth skin and are slightly waxy which helps them to keep their shape. Their firm texture makes them great for grilling, baking, or roasting. This variety has an exceptional buttery and rich flavor!

Microgreens - 1 count - Well Grown Farms, Spangle, WA - Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!

Delicata Squash - ~ 1 lb - Ronnigers Organics, Moyie Springs, ID - Delicata is one of the easiest winter squashes to prepare because of it's approachable size and edible skin. Slice this squash widthwise to create rounds with naturally scalloped edges. Delicata has a nutty flavor and velvety texture, reminiscent of butternut or sweet potatoes. Try it roasted with herbs and burrata or as part of your next soup.

Rainbow Carrots - ~ 1 lb - Ronnigers Organics, Moyie Springs, ID - An array of orange, purple, red, yellow, and white carrots! These carrots make for meals or snacks with full and vibrant color with the classic carrot flavor.

Red Cabbage - ~ 1 count - Westwind Organics - Carnation, WA - Red cabbage is more bold, floral, and peppery than it's green counterpart. Its waxy texture gives it a satisfying crunch in slaws or stirfrys. Try quick pickling it for a tangy condiment to put on everything!

ARTISAN CHEESE | Gouda - Oliver Creek Creamery, Zillah, WA - This Dutch cheese is very creamy with a slight sweetness. We eat Gouda with fruit, in a salad, or on a sandwich. There are so many ways to eat Gouda, but my favorite is to eat it with apples slices.

Ambrosia Apples - ~ 1 1/2 lb - Tonnemaker Hill Farm, Royal City, WA - Ambrosia apples are a damn good apple. They are sweet, juicy, and crisp with honey-like notes. Their low acidity makes them brown slower than other apples, making them great for adding apple slices to your lunchbox!
