ROTATING ADD-ONS

ARTISAN CHEESE | cotija - LakeWolf Creamery, Deer Park, WA - Cotija is made by a similar aging process as Enchilado. It brings a pleasant bite, and is traditionally sharper than the sweet Enchilado. Cotija doesn’t melt, but crumbles and shreds nicely to top-dress soups, salads, casseroles, tacos, tostadas, chilies, and pastas. Because of it’s uniquely strong flavor, some like to add Cotija directly into the recipe to give the dish verve.

INW FRUIT |

The Cosmic Crisp is large and juicy with a firm texture that makes it an excellent apple for both snacking and baking.
