Golden Beets - ~ 1 lb - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Sweet beetroots without the mess of red beets! Great for roasting or grating fresh into a salad.
German Butterball Potatoes - ~ 2 lb - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - German Butterball Potatoes are Santos at Royal Produce’s top pick for buttery flavor and smooth texture that’s ideal for mashed potatoes! Seeds for these heirloom potatoes can be hard to come by, but Santos saved seeds past years’ crop to continue growing this creamy spud variety.
Carrots - ~ 1 lb - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

Cameo Apples - ~ 2 1/2 lb - Tonnemaker Hill Farm, Royal City, WA - A chance seedling from the Peshastin, WA, orchard of Darrel Caudle in the 1980’s the Cameo is thought to have Red Delicious in its parentage. The skin has bright red stripes covering a yellow-green under color. The apple tastes as good as it looks, with crunchy sweet-tart flavor. Cameo, which is ready in late-September, is versatile and can be eaten fresh, used in pies or in applesauce.
