Collard Greens - 1 count - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Try slow roasting these greens with ham hocks for a southern classic, or sauté with tomatoes, chickpeas, and lemon for a fresh twist!
Lettuce Mix - 1 count - Welcome Table Farm, Walla Walla, WA - This green and red lettuce makes your side salads come together in a flash. Just rinse these greens and you have the ultimate salad base! Add sprinklings of nuts, fruits, carrots, or cucumbers and drizzle on your favorite dressing for a flavorful and hydrating side.
Broccoli Florets - ~ 3/4 lb - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Broccoli is crunchy with a mild bitterness when raw and sweeter when cooked. Broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli curry, and pasta with roasted broccoli are some of our favorite ways to use these versatile little trees! Pair with strong flavors like garlic, lemon, chili, or sesame.
Beauregard Sweet Potatoes - ~1 3/4 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - The classic sweet potato with red-orange skin and moist, sweet, orange flesh. Beauregard is one of the sweetest and juiciest varieties. It typically becomes a large, blocky root that stores well.
Mini Green Cabbage - ~1 1/2 lb - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Crunchy cabbage for slaws, roasts, and sautees. Green cabbage has a mild and gentle flavor relative to its red counterpart.
Purple Majesty Potatoes - ~ 1 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - These deep purple potatoes add rich color to potato salad, French fries, or mashed potatoes. Their flavor is buttery and slightly sweet with a moist and firm texture. This variety of spuds is high in antioxidants!
Carrots - ~ 1 bunch - Makana Farms, Otis Orchards, WA OR Wild Sage Farms, Spokane, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - Ramstead Ranch, Ione, WA - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - Link’d Hearts Ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.

The Grain Shed takes local grain from within 100 miles of Spokane and mills it fresh in an on-site stone mill.
