Chioggia Beets - ~ 1 lb - Ronningers, Moyie Springs, ID - Chioggia beets stand out from other varieties with their pink bullseye center. Sometimes referred to as candy cane beets, these roots are sweet and mild relative to other beet varieties. They often take less time to cook than red beets and add beautiful color to fresh beet recipes!
Lettuce Mix - 1 count - Welcome Table Farm, Walla Walla, WA - This green and red lettuce makes your side salads come together in a flash. Just rinse these greens and you have the ultimate salad base! Add sprinklings of nuts, fruits, carrots, or cucumbers and drizzle on your favorite dressing for a flavorful and hydrating side.
Spinach - 1 count - Welcome Table Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Spinach is a nutrient rich green that has a sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Pair this crisp green with nuts and fruits for a flavorful and fresh salad. Eat spinach cooked to be able to absorb more of its iron and calcium - we love it on pizza, in soups, in curries, or in smoothies.
Winter Radish - ~ 3/4 lb - Hayshaker, Walla Walla, WA - This brightly colored mix will add color your winter days. Similar to the flavor of the classic red round radishes, winter radishes have mild to medium in spice. Winter radishes make a great addition to slaws, are tasty when pickled for tacos and sandwiches, and add a crisp texture to ramen soup. Find a rainbow of hues in these purple, red, watermelon, white, and green radishes!
Huckleberry Gold Potatoes - ~ 2 lb - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Huckleberry gold potatoes have a deep purple skin with a creamy white inside. This variety was developed at the University of Idaho to be high in antioxidants and low on the glycemic index, meaning it is lower in carbs than other potato varieties. It has a rich, buttery flavor and are great for roasting, baking, or boiling.
Hakurei Turnips - ~ 1 lb - Makana Farms, Otis Orchards, WA - Hakurei, or Japanese salad turnips, are sweet and crisp when raw or buttery and smooth when cooked. Add them to a salad like radishes or roast them with miso and ginger!
OR Purple Carrots - ~ 1 lb Full Bushel, Medical Lake, WA - These carrots make for meals or snacks with full and vibrant color with the classic carrot flavor.

These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - Link’d Hearts Ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.

The Grain Shed takes local grain from within 100 miles of Spokane and mills it fresh in an on-site stone mill. Their natural fermentation method and wood-fired oven showcase the unique flavors of ancient, heritage, and landrace grains.
