Red Cabbage - ~ 2 1/4 lb - Ronningers, Moyie Springs, ID - Red cabbage is more bold, floral, and peppery than it's green counterpart. Its waxy texture gives it a satisfying crunch in slaws or stirfrys. Try quick pickling it for a tangy condiment to put on everything!

Microgreens - 1 count - Well Grown Farms, Spangle, WA - Great for topping sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls!

Collard Greens - 1 count - Hayshaker, Walla Walla, WA - Try slow roasting these greens with ham hocks for a southern classic, or sauté with tomatoes, chickpeas, and lemon for a fresh twist!

Mini Green Cabbage - ~ 1 1/4 lb - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Crunchy cabbage for slaws, roasts, and sautees. Green cabbage has a mild and gentle flavor relative to its red counterpart.

Huckleberry Gold Potatoes - ~ 1 1/2 lb - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Huckleberry gold potatoes have a deep purple skin with a creamy white inside. This variety was developed at the University of Idaho to be high in antioxidants and low on the glycemic index, meaning it is lower in carbs than other potato varieties. It has a rich, buttery flavor and are great for roasting, baking, or boiling.

Broccoli Crowns - ~1 1/4 lb - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Broccoli is crunchy with a mild bitterness when raw and sweeter when cooked. Broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli curry, and pasta with roasted broccoli are some of our favorite ways to use these versatile little trees! Pair with strong flavors like garlic, lemon, chili, or sesame.

Garlic - ~ 1 count - Channing Farm, Twisp, WA - Garlic is said to be one of the most important ingredients in all the culinary arts. Grown to perfection, this garlic will be the start to any delicious meal. Leave the cloves whole or crushed for a more mild taste, mince or grate to maximize the garlic flavor.

Blush Onions - ~ 1 1/2 lb Full Bushel, Medical Lake, WA - A cross between yellow and red onions, these are large, globe-shaped onions with a beautiful, rosy-pink champagne hue. It’s the perfect versatile cooking onion- serve raw using its spice to dress up any salad, or carmelize over low heat to bring out its sweetness.

ARTISAN CHEESE | Smoked Gouda - Oliver Family Creamer, Zillah, WA - Gouda is a washed curd cheese which is pressed and smoked over local walnut shells and mesquite chips for a deliciously smoky and creamy product. GRASS-FED BEEF SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished beef - Ramstead Ranch, Ione, WA - Ramstead Ranch focuses on raising their herd using regenerative practices and providing a stress-free life. The cows live on pastures, drink clean, spring-fed water, are rotated daily to fresh fields that have not been sprayed, and have access to sun and shade as they choose. HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - Ramstead Ranch, Ione, WA - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - Link’d Hearts Ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.

TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY - The Grain Shed, Spokane, WA - oatis & oat Pan - The Grain Shed crafts each loaf of bread with incredibly flavorful ingredients that are unique to the Inland Northwest. The Grain Shed takes local grain from within 100 miles of Spokane and mills it fresh in an on-site stone mill. Their natural fermentation method and wood-fired oven  showcase the unique flavors of ancient, heritage, and landrace grains.

PLANT PROTEIN | cranberry beans - Palouse Brand, Palouse, WA - These speckled red and beige beans, also known as borlotti beans are packed full of protein! Excellent in Mediterranean dishes they offer a creamy mild nutty flavor.

DRIED HERBS | ranch mix - Smoot’s Flavor Farm, Pullman, WA - Smoot's Flavor Farm is a woman owned and operated farm established in 2019 by Pullmanite Lindsay Myron.
