Mini Green Cabbage - ~ 1 1/4 lb - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Crunchy cabbage for slaws, roasts, and sautees. Green cabbage has a mild and gentle flavor relative to its red counterpart.

Honeynut Squash - ~ 1 1/2 lb - Tonnemaker Hill Farm, Royal City, WA - Reconsider the butternut with this smaller, tastier version - enter the honeynut squash! This cutie pie has all the classic sweetness and flavor of a butternut concentrated into a personal-sized squash. Along with their more intense and succulent flavor, honeynut have an incredibly smooth texture without the stringiness often found in other winter squash varieties. Their skin is thin and edible - so no need to peel! Roast this special squash variety and add to pastas, soups, or grain bowls.

Beauregard Sweet Potatoes - ~ 2 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - The classic orange sweet potato with mild, sweet flesh. These delicious roots are high in vitamin A. Cook up your classic sweet potato casserole, make sweet potato fries, or enjoy a sweet potato hash.

Broccoli - ~ 1 1/2 lb - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Broccoli is crunchy with a mild bitterness when raw and sweeter when cooked. Broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli curry, and pasta with roasted broccoli are some of our favorite ways to use these versatile little trees! Pair with strong flavors like garlic, lemon, chili, or sesame.

Thyme - 1 count - The Corner Farm, Spokane, WA - Known for its distinctive, slightly minty and earthy flavor, thyme is used to elevate a wide array of dishes - enhance savory roasts, chicken, and lamb or add to delicate sauces or even to cocktails!

Shallots - ~ 3/4 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - Shallots taste similar to peppery red onions with a hint of garlic. They’re prized for their delicate flavor and ability to caramelize down into a melty texture.

Green Kale Tops - 2 count - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Kale tops are the tender kale leaves that form on top of the kale stem in the winter. This new growth is especially succulent due to its young age. Use as you would any kale in the kitchen.

HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - Ramstead Ranch, Ione, WA - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - Link’d Hearts Ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.

TUESDAY & FRIDAY - The Grain Shed, Spokane, WA - Seeded & Unseeded Turkey Red - The Grain Shed crafts each loaf of bread with incredibly flavorful ingredients that are unique to the Inland Northwest. The Grain Shed takes local grain from within 100 miles of Spokane and mills it fresh in an on-site stone mill. Their natural fermentation method and wood-fired oven  showcase the unique flavors of ancient, heritage, and landrace grains.

PLANT PROTEIN | cranberry beans - Palouse Brand, Palouse, WA - These speckled red and beige beans, also known as borlotti beans are packed full of protein! Excellent in Mediterranean dishes they offer a creamy mild nutty flavor.

DRIED HERBS | Sage - Smoot’s Flavor Farm, Pullman, WA - Smoot's Flavor Farm is a woman owned and operated farm established in 2019 by Pullmanite Lindsay Myron.
