Golden Beets - ~ 1 lb - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Sweet beetroots without the mess of red beets! Great for roasting or grating fresh into a salad.
Purple Cauliflower - 1 count - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Naturally vibrant purple cauliflower!! This cauliflower has the same antioxidant found in red cabbage that contributes to its bright purple hue. Use in your favorite cauliflower recipes.
Green Kale Tops - 2 count - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Kale tops are the tender kale leaves that form on top of the kale stem in the winter. This new growth is especially succulent due to its young age. Use as you would any kale in the kitchen.
Beauregard Sweet Potatoes - ~1 3/4 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - The classic sweet potato with red-orange skin and moist, sweet, orange flesh. Beauregard is one of the sweetest and juiciest varieties. It typically becomes a large, blocky root that stores well.
Lettuce - 1 head - Makana Farms, Otis Orchards, WA - There’s nothing better than the smooth, buttery flavor and texture of butterhead lettuce. The large and pliable leaves can be used for lettuce wraps, or cut into bitesize pieces for a classic and hydrating salad.
OR Red Cabbage - 1 head - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Red cabbage is more bold, floral, and peppery than it's green counterpart. Its waxy texture gives it a satisfying crunch in slaws or stirfrys. Try quick pickling it for a tangy condiment to put on everything!
Red Onions - ~ 1 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - Red onions add a beautiful deep color and satisfying crunch to salads and sandwiches. When cooked, roasted, or grilled they become sweet and caramelly. Don't shy away from using these colorful bulbs in place of white or yellow onions.
Carrots - ~ 1 lb - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - ramstead ranch, ione, wa - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - link’d hearts ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.
