Broccoli Florets - ~3/4 lbs - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Broccoli is crunchy with a mild bitterness when raw and sweeter when cooked. Broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli curry, and pasta with roasted broccoli are some of our favorite ways to use these versatile little trees! Pair with strong flavors like garlic, lemon, chili, or sesame.

Purple Cauliflower - 1 count - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Naturally vibrant purple cauliflower!! This cauliflower has the same antioxidant found in red cabbage that contributes to its bright purple hue. Use in your favorite cauliflower recipes.

Rainbow Fingerling Potatoes - ~2 lbs - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Sweet and nutty fingerlings in red, yellow, and purple. These gourmet potatoes have a buttery flavor and are best for roasting or boiling due to their firm texture.

Beauregard Sweet Potatoes - ~1 3/4 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - The classic sweet potato with red-orange skin and moist, sweet, orange flesh. Beauregard is one of the sweetest and juiciest varieties. It typically becomes a large, blocky root that stores well.

Yellow Onions - ~1 lb - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - Our multifaceted and indispensable friend in the kitchen. Keep these onions stocked in the pantry for all-around use. Yellow onions have the quintessential strong and pungent onion flavor that’s ready to be chopped, sliced, minced, or diced.

Spinach - ~6 oz - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - Spinach is a nutrient rich green that has a sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Pair this crisp green with nuts and fruits for a flavorful and fresh salad. Eat spinach cooked to be able to absorb more of its iron and calcium - we love it on pizza, in soups, in curries, or in smoothies.

Carrots - ~1 lb - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

GRASS-FED BEEF SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished beef - ramstead ranch, ione, wa - Ramstead Ranch focuses on raising their herd using regenerative practices and providing a stress-free life. HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - ramstead ranch, ione, wa - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - link’d hearts ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.
