Parsley - 1 bunch - The Corner Farm, Spokane, WA and Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - It's flavor may be subtle but this nutrient-rich herb is a mainstay in the kitchen!  Use in a chimichurri, or top on a fresh summer quinoa salad. Try this Spring Onion + Lentil Salad, Fresh Gazpacho, or Late Summer Couscous Salad.

Kale - 1 bunch - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Kale is a tasty and nutritious green with a earthy and bittersweet flavor. It has high levels of fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, and iron. Massaging or cooking these greens breaks down their texture, making them sweeter and easier to digest. Kale is choice for a hearty salad, kale chips, smoothies or soup.

Microgreens - Well Grown Farms, Spangle, WA - Great for topping sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls!

Rainbow Carrot Bunches - 1 bunch - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

Fennel - 1 XL head - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - This funky vegetable has a mild and sweet anise flavor. Add to soups, stews, and salads!

Heirloom Tomatoes - ~1 lb - Frog Hollow Farm, Walla Walla, WA - The queen of summertime (and early fall!). Colorful, sweet, and flavorfull, heirloom tomatoes are perfect in sandwiches and salads.

These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | whole chicken - link’d hearts ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.

PLANT PROTEIN | orca beans - palouse brand, palouse, wa - Orca beans are an heirloom variety from Mexico but they are very rare in the U.S. These black and white beans, named after the orca whale, are most often used in thick soups or with rice.
