Baby Bok Choy - 1 count - First cut Farm, Mount Vernon, WA - Baby bok choy are the most darling of vegetables! They're a type of Chinese cabbage that has a flavor similar to spinach. Try making Garlicy Bok Choy or our Black Pepper, Tofu, and Boy Choy!

Microgreens - 1 count - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!

Pea shoots - 1 count - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Pea shoots are the baby version of garden pea plants. Their tender leaves and shoots have a taste similar to the sweetness and freshness of peas! Add them to a fresh lemon pasta dish or in this recipe for Stir Fried Pea Shoots with Garlic.

Asparagus - ~ 1 lb - Royal Produce, Royal city, WA - Enjoy fresh spring asparagus during its short window of availability! Asparagus is one of those hyper-seasonal items but we'll have these tender, green shoots around for through the end of May - soak in this beautiful sign of spring while you can!

Mustard Greens - 1 count - Boldly Grown, Mount Vernon, WA - A flavorful and peppery green to add to a salad mix, sauté with cumin and turmeric, or slow braise for southern style mustards. Mustards are cold tolerant, making them available in the early spring and late fall.

~ Thanks for supporting local farmers and understanding items and or amounts may change based on seasonality, weather, and growing conditions.

ROTATING ADD-ONS

ARTISAN CHEESE | Cotija - Brush Creek Creamery, Deary, ID - This cheese is made by a similar aging process as Enchilado. It brings a pleasant bite, and is traditionally sharper than the sweet Enchilado. Cotija doesn’t melt, but crumbles and shreds nicely to top-dress soups, salads, casseroles, tacos, tostadas, chilies, and pastas. Because of it’s uniquely strong flavor, some like to add Cotija directly into the recipe to give the dish verve.

GRASS-FED BEEF SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished beef - Ramstead Ranch, Ione, WA - Ramstead Ranch focuses on raising their herd using regenerative practices and providing a stress-free life. The cows live on pastures, drink clean, spring-fed water, are rotated daily to fresh fields that have not been sprayed, and have access to sun and shade as they choose. Visit Ramstead Ranch Recipes here!

HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - Ramstead Ranch, Ione, WA - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. They are fed a locally milled, non-GMO grain mixture and they devour excess from the farm garden during the summer months. See Ramstead Ranch’s Recipes here!

PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - Link’d Hearts Ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.

WILD CAUGHT ALASKAN SALMON | salmon portions - Thunders Catch, Sandpoint, ID - Thunder's Catch Salmon is all-natural, caught from Alaska's most sustainably managed sockeye fishery and harvested using the highest quality standards.
