Asparagus - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Enjoy fresh spring asparagus during its short window of availability! Asparagus is one of those hyper-seasonal items but we'll have these tender, green shoots around for through the end of May - soak in this beautiful sign of spring while you can!
Red Radishes - Ralph’s Greenhouse, Mt. Vernon, WA - Try sliced radishes with butter and salt! We also enjoy pickling these fresh radishes for tacos, or this LINC Box Bahn Mi Recipe.
Mizuna - Boldly Grown, Bow, WA - A light mustard flavor without the spice. Enjoy this spring green in salads and stirfrys alike!
Potted Basil - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Small basil plants like you would sometimes find in the produce section of a grocery store. Basil isn't ready to harvest in bunches at this time of year but we can still enjoy it in its smaller form. Use now or plant and use over the summer!
Radish Microgreens - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - The peppery radish flavor in the form of a delicate and crunchy green. Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!
