Asparagus - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Enjoy fresh spring asparagus during its short window of availability! Asparagus is one of those hyper-seasonal items but we'll have these tender, green shoots around for through the end of May - soak in this beautiful sign of spring while you can!

Red Radishes - Ralph’s Greenhouse, Mt. Vernon, WA - Try sliced radishes with butter and salt! We also enjoy pickling these fresh radishes for tacos, or this LINC Box Bahn Mi Recipe.

Bok Choi - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Bok choy are the most darling of vegetables 🥺 They're a type of Chinese cabbage that has a flavor similar to spinach. Try making Garlicy Bok Choy or our Black Pepper, Tofu, and Boy Choy!

Arugula - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Arugula lives up to the motto “bitter is better.” It’s peppery flavor adds a satisfying kick to salads but is also a favorite on pizza, in sandwiches, or with pasta. Enjoy this spring and fall green while the whether is warm but not hot!

Huckleberry Gold Potatoes - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Huckleberry gold potatoes have a deep purple skin with a creamy white inside. This variety was developed at the University of Idaho to be high in antioxidants and low on the glycemic index, meaning it is lower in carbs than other potato varieties. It has a rich, buttery flavor and are great for roasting, baking, or boiling.

Kale Microgreens - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - The flavor of kale in the form of a tiny and delicate green. Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!

HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - ramstead ranch, ione, wa - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content.
