Green Curly Kale - 1 bunch - Westwind Organics, Mount Vernon, WA - Kale is a tasty and nutritious green with a earthy and bittersweet flavor. It has high levels of fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, and iron. Massaging or cooking these greens breaks down their texture, making them sweeter and easier to digest. Kale is choice for a hearty salad, kale chips, smoothies or soup.
Rainier Cherries - 1 count - Tonnemaker Hill Farm, Royal City, WA - Manifest a mountaintop sunrise with these sweet and floral cherries. You won’t want to stop snacking on this vision of a fruit. Add their vibrant colors to salads, crostinis, or Rainier cherry pie bars.
Mediteranean Cucumbers - ~ 3/4 lb - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA or Hedlin Farms, Mount Vernon, WA - These small and mild cucumbers have a thin skin which makes them a great option for snacking, sandwiches, or salads.
