Purple Cauliflower - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Naturally vibrant purple cauliflower!! This cauliflower has the same antioxidant found in red cabbage that contributes to its bright purple hue. Use in your favorite cauliflower recipes.

Tatsoi is a long and slender, crunchy green. It has sweet stems and tender leaves, similar to bok choi but smaller. Tatsoi is excellent in stir-fries, steamed, raw, or in soups.
