Brussel Sprouts - ~ 1 lb - Regino Farms, Burlington, WA - These tasty mini cabbages are in season for a short time! Our favorite ways to enjoy brussels sprouts are roasted with either miso or balsamic glaze or pan fried with potato gnocchi. A great winter vegetable.
Delicata Squash - ~ 1 1/2 lb - Frog Hollow, Walla Walla, WA - Delicata is one of the easiest winter squashes to prepare because of it's approachable size and edible skin. Slice this squash widthwise to create rounds with naturally scalloped edges. Delicata has a nutty flavor and velvety texture, reminiscent of butternut or sweet potatoes. Try it roasted with herbs and burrata or as part of your next soup.
Celeriac - 1 count - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - A rustic root vegetable great for soups, roasting, or mashing! Celeriac adds the flavor of celery to your soups and stews when celery stalks are out of season.
Microgreens - 1 count - Well Grown Farms, Spangle, WA - Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!
Garlic - ~ 1/8 lb - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - Garlic is said to be one of the most important ingredients in all the culinary arts. Grown to perfection, this garlic will be the start to any delicious meal. Leave the cloves whole or crushed for a more mild taste, mince or grate to maximize the garlic flavor.

Yellow Potatoes - ~ 2 lb - Channing Farm, Twisp, WA - Yellow potatoes have smooth skin and are slightly waxy which helps them to keep their shape. Their firm texture makes them great for grilling, baking, or roasting. This variety has an exceptional buttery and rich flavor!
