Imperfect Carrots - Boldly Grown Farm, Mt. Vernon, WA and Westwind Organics, Caration, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.
