Red or Yellow Potatoes - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA and Ronnigers Organics, Moyie Springs, ID - The red potato is ideal for stews, potato salads, and roasts! It's firm and waxy texture helps it to hold it's shape so it doesn't fall apart when cooked.

Imperfect Carrots - Boldly Grown Farm, Mt. Vernon, WA and Westwind Organics, Caration, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

ARTISAN CHEESE |marinated labneh - brush creek creamery, deary, id - To create this award-winning Mediterranean soft cheese, we make yogurt with pasteurized cows milk and drain it through cheesecloth until it is thick, . We then spice it with fresh garlic, parsley and salt. We shape it in balls and drop it in olive oil with peppercorns, fresh herbs and dried red pepper for garnish. Delicious on pita bread and crackers or as a vegetable dip. Use the flavored oil on salads. This cheese won first place in all of North America.
