Calabrian Dried Peppers - 1 count - Hayshaker Farms, Walla Walla, WA -  Calabrian peppers are sweet, medium low heat peppers from southern Italy. More flavor and probably a little more kick than the stale pizza restaurant flakes. Great for pizza, pasta, putting into soup or stew, or tossing with roasted veggies or meat.

Cauliflower - 1 count - Hedlin’s Family Farm, Mt. Vernon, WA - Cauliflower has a mild and slightly nutty flavor. Cauliflower is a great dipper for veggie trays, a mellow addition to curries, and a fit for a feast when roasted whole.

Asparagus - ~ 1lb - Royal Produce, Royal city, WA - Enjoy fresh spring asparagus during its short window of availability! Asparagus is one of those hyper-seasonal items but we'll have these tender, green shoots around for through the end of May - soak in this beautiful sign of spring while you can!

Spinach - 1 count - Welcome Table, Walla Walla, WA - Spinach is a nutrient rich green that has a sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Pair this crisp green with nuts and fruits for a flavorful and fresh salad. Eat spinach cooked to be able to absorb more of its iron and calcium - we love it on pizza, in soups, in curries, or in smoothies.

Chives - 1 count - The Corner Farm, Spokane, WA - The first of the spring herbs! Add fresh onion-like flavor to your eggs, baked potatoes, pasta sauce, or cracker dip.

Microgreens - 1 count - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!

~ Thanks for supporting local farmers and understanding items and or amounts may change based on seasonality, weather, and growing conditions.
