Purple Sprouting Broccoli - 1 count - The Crow’s Farm, Mount Vernon, WA - Purple sprouting broccoli has a flavor that's slightly nutty, sweet, and peppery. This bouquet worthy vegetable adds great flavor and beauty to pizza, quiche, curries, or pasta. It is bred for overwintering and is extremely gold tolerant. Purple sprouting broccoli exhibits Amy and Jacob's talent for growing high quality winter vegetables.

Baby bok Choy - 1 count - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Baby bok choy are the most darling of vegetables! They're a type of Chinese cabbage that has a flavor similar to spinach. Try making Garlicy Bok Choy or our Black Pepper, Tofu, and Boy Choy!

Microgreens - 1 count - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Microgreens are small but often contain more nutrients than their mature counterparts. Use them to top sandwiches, wraps, soups, or grain bowls with flavorful and nutritious greens!

Lacinato Kale Raab - 1 count - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Lacinato kale Raabs has a slightly rougher texture than other kale, and is best when cooked or sliced into thin strips and massaged. A favorite for kale chips, soups, and sautés.

Asparagus - ~ 1lb - Royal Produce, Royal city, WA - Enjoy fresh spring asparagus during its short window of availability! Asparagus is one of those hyper-seasonal items but we'll have these tender, green shoots around for through the end of May - soak in this beautiful sign of spring while you can!

Radishes - 1 count - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Try sliced radishes with butter and salt! We also enjoy pickling these fresh radishes for tacos, or this LINC Box Bahn Mi Recipe.

ARTISAN CHEESE | Marinated Labnah - Brush Creek Creamery, Deary, ID - To create this award-winning Mediterranean soft cheese, we make yogurt with pasteurized cows milk and drain it through cheesecloth until it is thick, . We then spice it with fresh garlic, parsley and salt. We shape it in balls and drop it in olive oil with peppercorns, fresh herbs and dried red pepper for garnish. Delicious on pita bread and crackers or as a vegetable dip. Use the flavored oil on salads. This cheese won first place in all of North America.

Crimson Delight Apples - ~ 1 3/4 lb - Tonnemaker Hill Farm, Royal City, WA - Not yet widely available, Crimson Delight is a newly developed all-purpose apple. Its sweetness and crisp texture make for a great snacking and baking apple.

HERITAGE PORK SHARE | grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - Ramstead Ranch, Ione, WA - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content. PASTURED CHICKEN SHARE | pastured chicken - Link’d Hearts Ranch - AlyssaMarie has raised pastured chickens since 2008. She rotates the chickens daily on no-spray pasture so they can enjoy the sunshine, bugs, and fresh water. The poultry receive a non-GMO, locally grown grain mix produced by farmer on the Palouse.

TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY - The Grain Shed, Spokane, WA - seeded and unseeded turkey red - The Grain Shed crafts each loaf of bread with incredibly flavorful ingredients that are unique to the Inland Northwest. The Grain Shed takes local grain from within 100 miles of Spokane and mills it fresh in an on-site stone mill.
