HOW TO FREEZE BLUEBERRIES

This method for freezing berries keeps them from clumping together in the freezer, making them easy to use throughout the year!

I N G R E D I E N T S

12 half pints blueberries from Shingle Mill Blueberry Farm

 

P R O C E S S

  1. Rinse the blueberries and pat dry with a clean dish towel.

  2. Transfer the blueberries to two baking sheets. Arrange the blueberries evenly.

  3. Freeze the blueberries for 1-2 hours.

  4. Transfer to two reusable half gallon Stasher (silicone, non-plastic) bags or one gallon freezer bag.

  5. Return the blueberries to the freezer. Enjoy for up to one year in smoothies, blueberry muffins, blueberry pancakes, or blueberry scones!
