CARROT GINGER DRESSING

Add a kick of flavor and bonus nutrition to a bowl of leafy greens, or season a cabbage and soba salad!

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 large carrot from Hayshaker Farm, chopped into half inch pieces

  • ½ CUP olive oil

  • 1 TBSP ginger, minced

  • 2 TBSP rice vinegar

  • 2 TBSP sesame oil

  • 2 TSP maple syrup

  • ¼ TSP salt

P R O C E S S

Blend all ingredients together in an upright blender or food processor. Add olive oil as needed to meet your desired consistency. Enjoy!
