Seeds for these heirloom potatoes can be hard to come by, but Santos saved seeds past years’ crop to continue growing this creamy spud variety.

Pair this crisp green with nuts and fruits for a flavorful and fresh salad. Asparagus - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Enjoy fresh spring asparagus during its short window of availability! Asparagus is one of those hyper-seasonal items but we'll have these tender, green shoots around for through the end of May - soak in this beautiful sign of spring while you can!

Arugula Microgreens - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - The delicious bitter taste of arugula, in microgreens! Add them to pasta, sandwiches, or hamburgers.
