Add-On Spotlight: Culture Bread from The Grain Shed

The Grain Shed bakes a variety of breads, pastries, and other treats using only local grain. All of the grain used comes from within 100 miles of Spokane. Even better than using local grain, The Grain Shed mills all of their flour fresh in a stone mill on-site at their bakery as well as baking everything in a wood-fired oven. With all breads being naturally fermented, The Grain Shed uses old world techniques that come through to showcase the ingredients themselves.
