Brush Creek Creamery is an artisan creamery located in Deary, ID. All of their cheeses are made in small batches with Jersey cows’ milk and aged at least 60 days.
To create their award-winning Labneh cheese, they make yogurt with pasteurized milk and drain it through cheesecloth. Then they spice it with fresh garlic, parsley, and salt. They shape it in balls and drop it in olive oil with peppercorns, fresh herbs, and dried red pepper. It’s so delicious that it won first place in all of North America!
