LINC Box week of September 3rd

Apologies for the late posting! I was out of the office last week. As some of you may know, when I'm not ordering and packing LINC Boxes, I operate my family grass fed beef business just west of Spokane. Last week I co-facilitated a very exciting week long workshop for women beginning ranchers. You can read more about that here.

Alrighty, back to the boxes! We have artichokes again this week (for those that didn't receive them last week.) I steamed mine in the Instant pot for 5 minutes, then drizzled butter and garlic over them and they were DELICIOUS. We also have some incredible rosemary from Full Bushel Farm. Seriously, I almost grabbed the whole box and ran off into the sunset.
