LINC Box week of July 9

Hope you all had a lovely 4th of July! We are now back to our regularly scheduled pick-ups. Apricots are the hot new item this week! How do you think they stack up to the apriums? (My conclusion... more taste testing needed!) Also... I'm very excited about the mini romaine heads in the non-Gonzaga boxes this week! They were grown by our newest employee, Brandon Gerard. Not only is he a delivery man extraordinaire, he has a small urban farm in the Spokane Valley. Nearly half the employees at LINC Foods are also farmer-members.
