+ How do I sign up?
Sign up by clicking this link. Choose your pick up location, then choose your share size (base $25, full $50). Add locall sourced bread, eggs, meat, and cheese and more to round out your box!
+ What do I get in my box?
Based on what is in season, we try to include about 6-8 fruits and vegetables in your LINC Box each week. All produce is organically grown, either certified or non-certified. We try not to repeat any product two weeks in a row. We source from the 50 member farmers of the LINC Foods Co-op to get the best produce in the region and provide you with a wide selection. That said, we are truly local, so you won't see exotic or out of season products in your box, just what we can source from our region. That means your early season boxes may not contain as much produce or variety as your later season boxes.
+ How long does the season last?
Our season runs from the first week of June through November. You can start or stop your LINC Box at any time. However, we do hope folks commit for the whole season when they sign up. Farmers have to plant crops weeks or even months ahead and we believe in being solid and dependable partners.
+ How do I access my account?
You can access your account at any time by visiting https://csa.farmigo.com/account/lincfoods
+ How do I make a change to my account?
You can make changes to your account by logging in at https://csa.farmigo.com/account/lincfoods to add or remove add-ons. The changes will go into effect the following week if placed by Thursday evening. If you want to cancel your account contact email@example.com.
+ What if I can't pick up my box? How do I place a hold?
If you know ahead of time you won't be able to pick up your box, just log into your account to place a hold. Please place a hold by the Thursday prior to the week you will be gone so we can make adjustments in the amount of produce we prepare. You can schedule up to three holds at a time.
+ What if something comes up last minute?
If something comes up last minute, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. If your site host is able, they may be able to coordinate getting your box to you outside the pick-up window. Otherwise any unclaimed shares will be donated to a local food pantry.
+ How does billing work?
You can either pay by credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) or sign up for Electronic Bank Transfer. Electronic bank transfer transactions will post to your account after each pick-up (weekly/bi-weekly). If you need to make changes to your billing information, contact email@example.com. If you do not let us know beforehand that you won't be able to pick up your box, you will still be automatically charged by our system.
+ What do I do with the cardboard box?
Save your box and return it to your pick-up site each week! Saving and returning your boxes allows us to limit the amount of packaging we use, which is both more environmentally responsible and helps control costs. The plastic liner in your box is compostable if you have food waste pick-up at your home (will not compost in a home system.)
+ How does the Farmigo store work?
The Farmigo store opens each week on Thursday and Friday. You can add extra items to your box from the store each week. We will have sauerkraut, juice, meats, cheese, "canners specials" like B grade heirloom tomatoes and peaches, and much more! You log into the store here.
